Many of our staff are parents themselves and know how important it is to make the right decisions around the summer course to send your son or daughter on, and we have tried to make this website as comprehensive as possible. One of the key points to operating a successful centre is good staff and we place a great deal of emphasis on employing committed staff who show good responsibility and leadership skills, have great personalities and are mature. All OSCARS staff are dedicated to delivering the high quality care to students, and put the needs of the students first. All of our staff are required to undergo mandatory induction training. Staff undergo an interview with OSCARS senior team and are chosen for their experience, professionalism, friendliness, enthusiasm, and suitability for the role they are being employed to undertake and all are PVG/DBS checked.
